[ooc; er, since there are.. perhaps some people unaware who may or may not need to know, awhile ago Kira gave up his position as vice captain in a deal with the deities. Because of this, anyone who may have known him as such previously will now simply know of him as an unseated member of the third division. All memories remain intact and whatnot save those that would directly relate to him being an actual vice, etc etc. ♥
